Build and operate pipelines and lakehouses for industrial and commerce clients. Batch and streaming, plant historians to warehouses, with real SLAs and overnight failure modes that matter.

Build agentic workflows and extraction systems that run in production with guardrails, evaluation harnesses and human approval gates. Not demos — systems that process thousands of documents a month.

Build ERP, CRM and portal systems for manufacturers and distributors. Service layers, queues, migrations, tests — modern PHP done to a standard that will still be maintainable in five years.

How we hire, and what to expect
Two weeks, a paid take-home that resembles real work, and a conversation with the people you would actually sit beside.
A 30-minute conversation, then a paid take-home task of about four hours that resembles real work rather than a puzzle, then a technical discussion of your solution with the person you would work with, then a conversation with the founder. Usually completed within two weeks. We pay for the take-home because your time is worth something whether or not we hire you.
Hybrid, with a genuine expectation of two to three days in the Sealdah office for most roles. Discovery workshops, plant visits and design reviews happen in person because they work better that way, and pairing on hard problems is considerably easier in a room. Fully remote is possible for senior roles with a strong track record.
No. Every person here works on projects we own and are accountable for. Nobody is placed at a client site as a resource. It is a smaller business as a result and a considerably better one to work in.
Every line is reviewed before it merges, including — especially — the lines generated by AI tooling. Reviews are on the work rather than the person, and disagreement with a senior engineer is expected rather than tolerated. If a review makes you defensive, we have written it badly and we would rather hear that.
We use it daily and we are direct about what it changes. Implementation of well-understood things is dramatically faster. Architecture, judgement, review and accountability are not. The engineers doing well here are the ones who use the tooling and remain the person who decides — which is a more senior job than the one it replaced, not a lesser one.
