One firm for the interface, the logic, the data and the intelligence
Most companies need a website agency, a software house, a data consultancy and an automation vendor — then spend a year making four suppliers agree. We built one practice that covers all four layers, because in every project we have shipped in twenty years, the value was in the seams between them.
Web & Digital
Websites, storefronts, applications and interfaces engineered for speed, search and conversion.
Software & Platforms
ERP, CRM, HRMS and bespoke line-of-business systems built around how your company actually works.
Data & AI
Pipelines, lakehouses, analytics and agentic automation at industrial scale.
Infrastructure & Growth
Cloud, DevOps, managed support, SEO and brand identity — the layer that keeps everything else compounding.
The value is almost always in the seam
A storefront is only as good as the inventory data behind it. A dashboard is only as good as the pipeline feeding it. An AI agent is only as good as the system it can write back to.
Three ways to work with us
Pick the one that matches how much certainty you need on scope versus how much flexibility you need on direction.
Which of these you actually need, and in what order
Most companies arrive at this page with a solution already in mind and it is usually the wrong one, or at least the wrong first step. The website is the thing everyone can see, so it gets blamed and it gets rebuilt, while the reason the business is slow and the margins are unclear sits untouched in a spreadsheet nobody has audited in four years. We would rather have the awkward conversation on the first call than take the brief as given.
The sequencing that works is almost always the same. Fix what is losing money or time first, because that funds everything else and builds internal confidence in the project. Then fix what is losing enquiries. Then build the things that are genuinely strategic. In practice that means an internal system or an automation often precedes a website rebuild, even for a company that contacted us specifically about a website.
There are exceptions worth naming. If your site is actively costing you credibility with buyers who are already inclined to call you — because it looks abandoned, breaks on mobile, or cannot be found at all — then that is the bleeding wound and it goes first regardless. Likewise if you are about to spend serious money on advertising, fixing the destination before turning on the tap is not optional.
The other question we get asked is whether to take everything from one supplier. Our honest answer is that it depends on whether the pieces need to talk to each other. A website and a CRM that must share data are far easier to build together than to integrate afterwards across two vendors who each blame the other. A brand identity and a data pipeline have nothing to do with one another and can happily come from different places.
Questions we ask on the first call
- What is currently costing you the most time or money, measured rather than assumed?
- Where do enquiries actually come from today, and what happens to them after they arrive?
- Which of these systems will need to exchange data with which others?
- What can your team maintain themselves once we hand it over?
- What is the deadline that actually matters, and what is driving it?
